Accelerate Physiotherapy Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change and you may occasionally need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. As a small independent physiotherapy practice, short-notice cancellations can be difficult to fill and may prevent other patients from accessing treatment.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer your appointment to another patient.

We appreciate that illness, family emergencies and other unforeseen circumstances do occur, and we will always aim to be fair and reasonable when considering these situations.

If a patient repeatedly cancels or rearranges appointments at short notice (typically on two or more occasions), we may ask for future appointments to be paid for in advance at the time of booking.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, although your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone, email or message.
