Our services

We offer a small number of clearly defined services so you know exactly what to expect. Appointments are one to one and focused on understanding your needs, goals, and activity demands.

Physiotherapy Initial Assessment

Up to 50 minutes – £70

A comprehensive assessment of your injury or concern.

This appointment includes a detailed discussion of your symptoms, medical and activity history, and relevant physical examination. If you are attending with a running-related injury, this will include a thorough review of your training and running history.

Some injuries or concerns are more complex and may require more detailed discussion or assessment. In these cases, it may not be possible to cover everything within the first appointment, and a follow-up session may be recommended.

Following your appointment, you will receive a clear and comprehensive written summary in straightforward, understandable language. This will outline:

  • What we believe is contributing to your symptoms

  • A plan to manage the issue

  • Any exercises or advice discussed

  • What you can reasonably expect moving forward

This summary is designed to help you feel clear and confident about your plan after you leave the clinic.

Antony has successfully treated several injuries of mine (mainly knee and back-related) over several years. He is consistently fantastic. Professional, friendly and a great communicator. He shows genuine enthusiasm for his work and care and interest in his clients. Very highly recommended.

Physiotherapy follow up treatment

Up to 40 minutes – £60

Follow-up appointments are used to review progress, adapt rehabilitation, progress exercises, and discuss return-to-activity planning. These sessions build on your initial assessment and are tailored to your response to treatment and ongoing goals.

You will also receive a written summary of what was discussed, including any updates to your plan or exercises.

Gait Analysis

Up to 45 minutes – £60

Running gait analysis appointments involve assessing and videoing your running on a treadmill. Where appropriate and practical, outdoor gait analysis may also be offered, depending on weather and appointment time.

We use Ochy AI software alongside detailed visual assessment to support analysis of running mechanics. This technology is used within high-level running and athletics environments, including by England Athletics, and is used to complement clinical reasoning rather than replace it.

Following your appointment, you will receive your gait analysis report, which you can access directly through Ochy.

Gait analysis may be recommended as part of physiotherapy treatment. If you have a current injury or pain, an initial appointment is required first.

If you are interested in gait analysis as a standalone service, please contact us to discuss suitability, including options for assessment during training or track sessions.

Great experience, very professional and knowledgeable. Spent extensive time diagnosing and really listening to my issue as well as my aspirations for sport after. Thoroughly explained the problem and the exercises recommended as well as a detailed write up sent straight to me that I can read and follow. Couldn't recommend more!

Sports Massage

30 minutes – £35

60 minutes -£60

Sports massage appointments focus on soft tissue treatment to support recovery alongside training or rehabilitation. Massage may be used as part of a broader physiotherapy plan or as a standalone service where appropriate.

Running MOT

Up to 70 minutes – £90

The Running MOT is a running-specific assessment designed for runners without a current injury.

This appointment focuses on:

  • A detailed discussion of your running background and training load

  • Running-specific strength, control, and capacity testing

  • Identifying factors that may influence injury risk, load management, running efficiency, and performance

The Running MOT is useful if you are interested in understanding your running, supporting injury prevention, or improving how your body copes with training demands.

You will also receive a written summary of the assessment and key findings, including practical recommendations discussed during the session.

Running gait analysis can be added to the Running MOT at a discounted price when booked at the same time, creating an ultimate Running MOT for a more comprehensive assessment.

This appointment is not suitable if you have a current injury or pain. If you are injured, an initial appointment is required instead.

I had the ‘running MoT’ which included a gait analysis. within a couple of weeks after my appointment and continuing with the exercises my park run personal best time has dropped from 38 to 36 minutes and then last week to 35 minutes 49 seconds, Which must be due to the exercises Leonie gave me as nothing else has changed, so to summarise, I’m very happy with the results of my appointment!

I’ve seen Antony and Leonie for running related injuries, strength work, and training adjustments. Thanks to their expert guidance, I’ve been able to complete two marathons and multiple races since I first sought their support in early 2024. Highly recommend!
