These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments and services provided by Accelerate Physiotherapy Ltd. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked by telephone, email or social media. We ask that patients provide accurate contact information when booking and notify us if any details change.

Fees and Payment

Fees are payable following your appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment using the payment methods available at the time of your appointment.

Where a patient has repeatedly cancelled or rearranged appointments at short notice, we may require payment in advance for future appointments.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. We understand that illness and unforeseen circumstances occur and will always aim to be fair and reasonable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your treatment. However, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. In some circumstances it may be necessary to rearrange your appointment.

Consent to Treatment

Before assessment or treatment begins, your physiotherapist will explain the proposed assessment or treatment, including any potential risks and benefits. You are free to ask questions and may withdraw your consent at any time.

Children and Young People

Patients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Communication

We may communicate with you by telephone, email, text message or other agreed methods regarding your appointments and treatment. Please ensure your contact details remain up to date.

Privacy

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, which is available on our website.

Liability

Whilst every effort is made to provide safe and effective assessment and treatment, no healthcare professional can guarantee a particular outcome. Treatment recommendations are based on the information available at the time of assessment and on current clinical evidence.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical information and informing their physiotherapist of any changes to their health or medication that may affect assessment or treatment.

We are committed to providing a high standard of care. If you have any concerns about the service you have received, we encourage you to contact us so that we can resolve the matter promptly.

Changes to these Terms

Accelerate Physiotherapy Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
